MAC A Fantasy of Flowers Collection (February 6, 2014)

Erine u read my mine to the T!!!! i dnt have a chartOOOSE (dnt feel like tryin to spell it correctly

) and so im interested in dippin in the pigment range but i dnt want it to be so dmn green!! i can easily skip the lipsticks cuz the colors arent somethin i dnt already have (shockin mac...really) the only thing i want is the fluidlines everything else is a yawner for me!! i seen a swatch of this infamous perfect topping next to soft n gentle...umm yea im good!!

I'll probably skip the blushes. I have way too many to add ones that aren't must haves.

Yay!! That's the right attitude for a low-buy member. I feel the same way (about blushes - currently talking myself out of lipsticks). I already have Peachykeen and if I ever want a blush similar to Dainty I could buy Dainty at a later date or wait for a new variation.. lol.

LOL we're watching you! I like lustres too, so I feel your pain... And these are just the kind of colours I'm allowed to buy this year.

I love lustres too. Right now planning one one of each but that may change.

I wish I could get away with that.. haha!! But serious red flags will go up if I buy 6 lipsticks in one go on a low-buy. I'm going to look through my collection and at all the perm lustres to rule out any that are too similar that I could pick up later.

-phlox garden fluid line
-perfect topping msf (maybe)

I actually love the look and finish on the lustres, but they don't last very long on me and dry my lips out. I could deal more with them drying me out a bit if they lasted longer than they do, like the mattes for instance, I put up with them drying my lips out because they wear like iron. I might give them another shot one of these days though since I really do like how they look when applied.

The lispticks are tempting for me too, I love Lustres. But I still want to stick to my 2 items limit for this collection.

Why would MAC make all the lipsticks lustre? Thats baffling to me. Don't get me wrong, I love the lustre formula. I just would have preferred other formulas.

I skipped the csg's from Heavenly Creatures so im glad that at t  I will be ble to get galaxy rose this time......

I haven't yet gotten it yet. I need to find out the status on it tho

This new one looks so much softer, and with some sparkle too! But i love these type of greens, so I'm all about em! I don't want em lookin yellow :nope:

My second ever MAC lipstick was See Sheer which is a beautiful coral lustre lipstick. It didn't dry me out like cremesheens do and the color was my summer LOVE that year (I wore it everyday!). It didn't last as long as the other finishes but I still loved that color. Only thing that breaks my heart about lustres are snows and how they slip a little and fade a little too quickly.

I agree Chi1216. It would have been nice if there was a mixture of different finishes with this collection, maybe two lustres, two mattes (or retromattes) and two amplified cremes which I love and miss.

I LOVE See Sheer. It's one of my favorites of all time on me. Patisserie is my go-to nude. I don't mind that they don't last as long since they look way better on me than any more opaque lipsticks.

True Chartreuse was sooo green on me, so this new chartreuse colour is definitely gonna be mine!

I need to hear what the pink and purple pigments are before i know if they're coming home with me or not, but aside from the green pigment, I'm also getting the two fluidlines and that's it!

I really like how you do your winged eyeliner. If you haven't already I hope you would consider doing a tutorial.
