Aargh! My low-buy resolve will go downhill fast in April.

I'm am a complete push-over, sucker, weak-kneed fool for ombré face powders. And i like the metallic rainbow packaging.

Between Playland, 3D Glitter, and this collection (save me if there are more!) anything i save in the first three months of this year will go to MAC in April!

Thank you Erine (and friend)! I am interested in Mangrove (I always flock to red/orange lipsticks!) and the Ocean City Ombre. Can't wait to see swatches.

I totally agree. April and May!

The tan in the ombres makes me think of Dior Nude Tan Paradise Duos. They are not gradient in the same way, but same idea I guess. I have the Coral Glow, so I think I will survive if I don't get my hands on OC.

I can't get past the packaging to even consider the ombre powders. Hourglass Ambient Blush are going to be my spring cheek purchases, I think.
I hear you! I am already saving for those hourglass blushes - the add for them is the prettiest thing and I am going to need them allllll!

I wish there was a CCO near me. Closest one is well over four hours away...in another state.

I have paid more than 22 for a lipstick so that dosnt bother me, as long as its awesome!!
I had no problem buying the Mineralize lipsticks or Huggables, but I wouldn't pay over the normal $15 or $16.50 for the regular formula no matter how pretty the packaging is or who's name is on the tube.

Same here. I just have to like it. I do hate the macs increases. I've only been a mac hoarder a few years and it's already a big difference. Unfortunately I have skipped couture collections and regretted it later. Like the recent 3n in the pink packaging. I was pregnant and pretty over mac lol I only had baby items on my mind.

The ombré blushes look pretty similar to a Japanese blush I picked up in Tokyo this fall called Melty Tricks by Lavshuca. I think I probably paid the equivalent of $12.00 or $15.00 Canadian for it. You can check them out on Musings of a Muse blog. Don't know whether I'm allowed to post a link to her blog, but you can do a search for them. Might be able to find them online somewhere.

I'm trying to remember how much the Gareth Pugh lipsticks were, I think 28€. All I remember is I skipped them because of the Chanel-like price. I guess these will be around the same price.

Both blush ombres are going to be mine for sure! This will be my first purchase from a Couture collection in a long time!
