yea macy's shipping is rediculous . when divine night came out, it was sold out in store so i had to order it online. i only ordered 2 lippies which should've been $30 something with tax but it came out to $46 with the damn shipping

Omg, I remember my boy band days. But, when I think boy band it's New Kids on the Block lol! I had their pics all over my room around the age of 11 or so lol. Ya, I'm dating myself. BSB were out when I was in HS so never really got into them personally although was aware.

On topic: swatches please! I am thinking of getting galaxy rose from my local cco as it's cheaper there lol. I really don't have that many glosses compared to lipsticks.

Ok so I have a question; does anyone think that the blushes won't be "that frosty"? Because I just went upstairs and swatted my Gentle very heavily on my hand…..it looks hella frosty. I think maybe the swatches were just such as to show the color. Also, her skin was waaaaayyy darker in tone than mine (I'm an exact NC40).

Either way, I think I still need them. LOL!

... so I called my MAC girl to guide me on what to get for launch. I love her, she's the sweetest ever. She was super busy but I asked about a few lipsticks quick.

These are her descriptions:
Rose Lily- looks exactly like snob but in lustre form. She said on me it will look how I always wanted snob to look without looking 'thick' like snob does.

Snapdragon- is like no other color they have had. It is a pink with lavender undertones and the most comparable is Asian flower but it's not as purple. This color is all the girls favorite in the store.

heavenly hybrid- she said it looks like 'on hold' or 'plumful', I said I have pigmented lips and she said not to get it then because it will look just like plumful on me.


Perfect Topping- veining is pretty than the last release and has more lavender to it.

This is all i bothered her for because it's all i'm interested in. She did say the winners of the collection are the lipsticks and that most of the girls are getting all of them. Hope this helps

Called her back to ask about blushes and she said:
They are not 'frosty' or shimmery but the texture is exactly like gentle.
the redder has a pink and gold in it
the pink one is just like dainty

I agree that the blushes might not be that frosty. The mineral blushes always look super sparkly (and sometimes super frosty) in swatches, yet they blend much more nicely into the cheeks. At least that's been my experience. I wouldn't write them off without trying them first!

Really going to need to exercise the self-control.

I feel like those swatches are taken in such bright light that they're not accurate. But I'll take it! Hopefully we'll be seeing more soon..
