Thanks for the photo. DIU didn't do it for me when it came out and I skipperoo'ed. Let's see what happens with HH - it looks a smidge brighter, which ought to be better on me. I probably have some dupes, either way.

It's probably the same reason why the Lightscapade repromotes had little to no blue veining. Didn't someone say that the ingredients to make it got more expensive?

MAC's quality control needs a big kick up the behind!  They're seriously slacking.  There weren't any problems with the previous repromotes of Stereo Rose.  As for Perfect Topping and Lightscapade not looking like the original releases because of price rises in ingredients, MAC needs to suck it up.  Shouldn't their yearly price increases be more than enough to make up for any cost difference in materials? Not sure I'll be backing up Stereo Rose if it's lighter.  I won't be able to use it as a blush and I don't need another pale pink highlighter.

Nope, my original PT that has a ton of purple veining doesn't look pink at all. I even tried swatching it over NYX Milk and I still see no pink, only a peachy beigy color like all the swatches of the new one.

Can someone swatch the old pt next to the new one? If the color payoff is exactly the same, why is the purple veining so important? Other than the fact, that it's pretty to look at. :shrugs:

I wanna see swatches of both too! The previous ones have lots of purple in them based on the pictures some ladies have posted.
