MAC x Proenza Schouler (April 24, 2014)

Well I said this was a skip for me…but now I kinda want that brush. I love the handle! AS IF I need another freakin' MAC brush!!!

Does anyone have a comment on if the SE brushes are the same par quality as the regular MAC brushes? I've never purchased a SE but I've heard through the Blogvine that they are sucky sometimes.

All of my le edition brushes have sucked. Mac brushes in general have turned sour in my eyes anyway but I have drugstore brushes with better quality than my LE., I keep some cause they're cute to decorate my vanity but most I give away to my little cousins

There you go. Plus #teamlowbuy you don't need a brush that's just gotta sit on ur vanity.. Those LE are mostly scratchy mass produced versions of the real thing. Yea they look cute but do you really !?

I love the packaging and my list is the same too pinkfringe mangroove and both blushes and i ADORE that brush so much too, but i havent let myself buy any se brushes jus because they arent as high quality but this one is tempting me damn it

I know why do they make them like shit quality compared to the regular ones so not far. i wanted the one from temp rising and baking beautys to and passed. plus what im wondering about this one is how long would it take for the color to fade off that handle. Sephora had a holiday set with the same rainbow oxidation look i passed on for the same reasons. Im not on low buy, but i am on only buy if it makes sense, if its useful or a investment. No more disposable brushes for me. i would rather have a nice one that lasts for a while, these le brushes are at there best for a few months with regular use.

But this gives an idea of what the ombre blush looks on, with full makeup. & it's swirled all together, and a light hand. Lipstick is RiRi Woo. Yesterday's makeup. Sorry the look sucks. lol I did my eyes real quick.

Woodrose is on my wish list too! I've seen 2 photos on here of it and in one photo it looks a lot lighter than in the other photo, have you noticed that too?

It will be tough to limit myself to 1 item from this collection. If April wasn't such a KILLER $$$ collection month I would get both blushes and Woodrose and be happy until the next month...But Mac bombards us with awesomenesss lol.
I need to see swatches of Woodrose and Ocean City (I think that was the name - coral blush!). Then I will go through the back and forth process of deciding what needs to be cut.

Love it on you! Definitely looks better on the cheeks then in swatches.
