This is after reapplying it. It defintily does make my lips feel drier than other Lustres, they felt and looked ''crinkly'' after wearing it for an hour or so. But maybe I'm just having a bad lip day, so take that with a grain of salt.
This is love I love nudes this is going in my list to thanks for posting

Actually, I was thinking about you when I wrote the post.* Red hair and pale NC complexion - Woodrose might be a very nice nude on you, especially if you add a tiny bit of gloss!

Re the NC concealer-lip-issue: If I compare Woodrose with Tropical Mist, TM seems to be more emollient. Whatever is in TM formula-wise is missing in WR. For me, TM is the perfect blend of Lustre and Glaze, at least this is how it feels on my lips. I've gone through two TM already (I still have more BUs), but I was hoping to find a replacement soon. Maybe later this year. I'm hopeful.

* Liba, you also want to check out WR.
I LUV TM and still have BUs too. im NC so i'll check WR. thanks mac guy!

Oh you! I was trying to avoid this collection as much as possible. TM was a fabulous lipstick, which I had to skip because it just wasn't the right shade for me. The finish was excellent! Your description of WR definitely perked up my ears. I'll give it the once-over, for sure. Right now I've been very happy with Touché Huggable and Pure Pout Mineralize, but both of those have more coverage than the way WR sounds. My Cusp of Dawn is dwindling and getting rationed, so WR could be just the ticket! Thanks, Master Enabler.

I wore WR again today, it didn't feel as dry as yesterday, so I guess it was just my lips. Still, the texture doesn't feel as nice as other Lustres to me.

Her reviews can be so off! I don't even bother with her blush opinions anymore. I much prefer Karens reviews

I don't even believe Karens either sometimes... But I love her blog, I go check it out just to see how she's doing. Like a stalker.... O no....

I love Karen's blog, but she loves everything. I can't deal with it. I discard all opinions. I just want to see swatches.

Yup! There should be a "collection stalker swatcher" blog. Collection color stories and swatches on dif skin tones. That's it. Shut up about the rest. Ugh I need to trademark that right now!

Me every time I read a comment on here or Temptalia about someone skipping a product b/c she gave it a poor grade.

Hahahahhahahahahhahaha so true. Like there's so many dif things that go on someone liking a product or not: skin type, skin color, personal preferences in colors / finishes, actual skin regimen (aka lip prepping or not can make or kill a lippy) I can go on. Not everything will look good on everyone and not everything will be to everyone's liking. Shocking right!

Yeah i don't pass items due to reviews anymore as some of my personal faves received low grades, and sometimes its a matter of opinion and preference!!!

I can't deal with T's anti-MAC. Her readers are bad too. It seems that most MAC stuff gets a bad grade. It's pretty clear that some blogs have brand preferences (which is normal) so you have to pick the ones you want to read based on your makeup love. And like a lot of you I love a lot of stuff that get bad reviews on blogs (any of them, really). I really don't want to come off as negative. It's just I agree so much with a lot of the recent comments on this thread and I had to say something. MAC isn't perfect, but it does seem that a lot of people are out for them right now.
