Yes he can! My plan is to pair it with a pink liner fill in my lips and then put PMP on top.

He's supposed to have a cosmetics line coming out soon, I know there were some liquid lipsticks that dry to a matte finish that he posted about on IG. Wonder when they'll be up for sale?

If it turns out to be as pink as it looks on his lips, I will pick one up for my grandma...she's a frosty pink kind of lady.

I was wondering the same thing because the pics I've seen of it when it was previously released make it look like a light silvery pink. If it turns out to be as pink as it looks on his lips, I will pick one up for my grandma...she's a frosty pink kind of lady.
