MAC x The Simpsons Collection (Sept 4, 2014)

It was hysterically funny: Yesterday i was 6th in line for the Osbourne collection, even tho i got to my local MAC at 9 AM, 1 hour before opening, cuz i knew there'd be a line (i usually go at 9:30 for LE collections and i'm always 1st). Good thing, tho, because by the time they opened the door there were about 2 dozen. And way more showed up after the doors were opened.

So while we're waiting one woman gets out her cell phone and starts reading what's in the Simpsons collection. I recognized immediately that it was the Specktra faux collection

So i innocently asked here which instagrammer she'd gotten it from, but she said some name i didn't recognize, not trendmiserable. They're all wanting Homer's Donut and Lisa's Sax and Bart's Shoes

So i mentioned that it was a joke collection that people on a board i'm on put together (i did NOT say Specktra) because some instagrammer was stealing their stuff without crediting them. I said the real collection would be much smaller. I think they didn't believe me, or they just love their instagram thief too much to doubt her/him. Oh, well, they'll see. But i'm sure they'll excuse their sacred instagram robber when they see the truth.
