I ended up getting HA, GK, and YTL. I needed NONE of these!! I'm ashamed to say I got GK because I like the Usher song. Don't judge me!

The song is the only reason I want the lipstick. Lmao. No judging here.

Quick question, Am I the only one that thought Yield to Love was going to be a bit lighter? Color on the website is different than what I was expecting. Looks darker to me.

I thought that too, it looks WAY different than the swatches we've seen of it. I find MAC's site swatch things are usually quite off most of the time though.

I was going to say that too. I never trust the MAC site for color accuracy. Take a look at the swatches and you'll see it's much lighter than the color on the site.

anyone notice in the email that there was no code given and it mentioned free shipping? smh mac doesn't want to overnight for us anymore. maybe that means they'll actually check before they put stuff in those little black boxes (just kidding we all know they won't)

MAC figured out that NEXT did cost them quite a few pennies.

Hearts Aflame is so lovely and I'm definitely still thinking about it and have decided to make a trip to the store next week with some lippies to compare before I get it. I'm sure it's gonna look fab on you! I love those small, thought out hauls where you know you're getting exactly what you've wanted.

anybody know the general sentiments of the Novel Romance Quad? I always get messed up by the in store release date on the thread title and get caught with my pants down! Wish they would add the online date too...like (Aug 14/Aug 21 2014)

Wow, I can't believe I was able to leisurely shop a MAC new collection for once.

I'm just getting Pure Fiction and Water Willow, my only must-haves. Maybe Nordies later if there's some skipping remorse.
