I don't want anyone who is new/hadn't posted in a long time to feel unwelcome.
It is possible it was an honest mistake to share a picture already watermarked like that when they saw it.
FYI I called on a ban on the pictures and not the user.

Agreed. I'm thinking she just saw them and posted them here and it's the actual person who stole and watermarked the pics that is to blame. I'd hate for anyone to feel unwelcome here as well.
