I don't like the simspons enough to pay $47 for a blush
The $47 just comes from the GBP to USD exchange rate. As long as no Americans are trying to buy from the UK the price should be normal.Wha????????t $47, someone mentioned $24 or $26 I believe. The similarly sized beauty powder was around $26 without tax but that didnt have any special packaging!!!![]()
Oh okay, I've never gotten any of the larger blushes before and didn't know how much more they usually are from the regular sized ones. I've also always just assumed the UK price was usually equivalent to the US price and didn't know it was usually higher there. That's just because of the exchange rate. It will probably be under 30 dollars here. More than a regular blush for sure.
I wasn't saying it was $47! Just that if it was indeed that pricey I'd have to skip! Sorry.Wha????????t $47, someone mentioned $24 or $26 I believe. The similarly sized beauty powder was around $26 without tax but that didnt have any special packaging!!!![]()
Thanks! I wasnt saying $47 either. Since the blush was already launched for a day, the pricing was around $26 as per IG. I guess the comment did the oppositeI wasn't saying it was $47! Just that if it was indeed that pricey I'd have to skip! Sorry.

It's understandable. I just don't want more people to freak out. I haven't bought a blush compact either, just the beauty powders but I think the Rihanna one was $29. I think this one will be less. The exchange rate is crazy. I bought an Illamasqua nail polish from their website as it wasn't available in the US, it was listed at 14.5 pounds but it ended up being almost 23 USD. Plus I had to pay crazy shipping fees.Oh okay, I've never gotten any of the larger blushes before and didn't know how much more they usually are from the regular sized ones. Nope. I believe only Canada has almost the same price, everywhere else is it's much higher (like Europe, UK) or ridiculously high (like Australia). It wouldn't surprise me if the blushes would be equivalent to $40 here in Holland.Oh okay, I've never gotten any of the larger blushes before and didn't know how much more they usually are from the regular sized ones. Yeah it's a bit nuts. Every time I've been over there and had money exchanged I've wanted to cry when they tell me how much in American dollars it's going to be.It's understandable. Oh that's a shame that they mark it up so much.Nope. I believe only Canada has almost the same price, everywhere else is it's much higher (like Europe, UK) or ridiculously high (like Australia). It wouldn't surprise me if the blush would be equivalent to $40 here in Holland.

I read they're 26,50 Euro in Germany. Which would be surprisingly cheap since regular powder blushes are already 24 Euro, so I have my doubts that that info is correct.Nope. I just said that it wouldn't surprise me, not that that's the official price. I don't know the Dutch prices yet. But if it's €26,50 in Germany it'd be even less in Holland because normal blushes are €21.50 here. So that's a pleasant surprise! Now that I think about it.. I do remember the Pedro blush being surprisingly cheap as well.. I believe it was only €21, only 50 cents more than the Pedro lipsticks. Edit: Just checked it (I didn't buy it) and it was only €21, so cheaper than regular sized blushes with normal packaging. :shock:I read they're 26,50 Euro in Germany. I didn't think it was the original priceEdit: Just checked it (I didn't buy it) and it was only €21, so cheaper than regular sized blushes with normal packaging.![]()
Wowza that's a big difference. Usually Dutch/German prices are about the same I think? Always a bit higher in Germany for sure though.I didn't think it was the original priceI was referring to the info I read. Wow, 21€ is indeed cheap! I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it was 28€ here. Funny that even the dutch/german prices are so different.
