I have that paranoia. I dont like to buy my goodies from anywhere else other than the brand directly or the authorized retailers. Even if they are authentic, doesnt give me peace of mind!!

They sure like to take their time lol. Did they send you a shipping notification at all? I placed my order on 10 August and still no word. They do mention that processing can take up to 12 days so I haven't contacted them yet but I will if I haven't heard from them by the end of next week.

They do send a shipping confirmation. However, it said 2-5 days and it took 8 (from FL to IN, for First Class shipping too :hmm: ) And yes, it took all 12 business days for processing. Sucked big time, but the colours and formula were totally worth it!
