MAC Nasty Gal Collection (Dec 4, 2014)

With the lack of swatches and sneak peeks for this collection, I'm hoping it does get pushed back a few weeks. I won't be anywhere near a computer for the first week of September, and I don't want to have skippers remorse lol.

eBay has the Nasty Gal lipsticks on presale Stunner- Sultry Red (Matte) Runner- Lush Burgundy (Matte) Gunner- Deep Purple (Matte) Sounds like a stalkworthy collection to me lol

They do send a shipping confirmation. However, it said 2-5 days and it took 8 (from FL to IN, for First Class shipping too

) And yes, it took all 12 business days for processing. Sucked big time, but the colours and formula were totally worth it!

The thing is you'd think Nasty Gal themselves would be wanting to bring attention to their MAC collab. The quietness of this collection so close to the supposed release date is starting to slowly not make any sense.

that's soo true, exactly what I wrote somewhere above,
but still, NG is now so famous that they can snap a pic
of their lipsticks + put it on IG just a day before release
and boom, everyone will go crazy and it'll all be sold out
in like a couple of hours....

Actually this has happened before, so though not in the "norm", this may being another blind buy situation. You just never know. Despite the quietness of this collection, it doesn't mean it isn't out there. Don't forget this is online only, like the Simpson's we finally got to see SY online exclusive blush just a week before the release date.... The way bloggers work is working in order of release dates. So this one should be next to review

Well, hopefully things will launch as planned. If those descriptions are legit then the colors sound promising but I still want a swatch of the purple! Trying not to get dupes. I hate to have to order sight unseen.

All the details have been posted already! 3 lipsticks & a nail lacquer. Online only. September 4th That is all the info though hun. Those descriptions are legit. [@]erine1881[/@] who posted the info has the MAC update book, and she has had it for a few months. She was slowly releasing info about every collection. Instead of throwing it all out there, at once. Also lack of swatches could be because at updates online exclusive items or collections, are not there to be swatched and photographed. Hope this helps :winkiss:

Perhaps there isn't as much hype here on Specktra like a celeb backed collection because not many people are familiar with the Nasty Gal brand. The woman behind it only JUST got mainstream notoriety a few months ago when she released her book. As far as Specktra--only a few people were familiar with the brand when this thread was created...in any case--I for one am excited!

oh come on guys, they have like more than a million followers on IG (if not 2 mln, not sure),
I've been buying stuff from them since 2010 and I'm not even from US,
celebrities even wear their stuff, there's no hype just because NG/Sophia A.
are totally quiet about it, I'm sure they gonna post about it just a day before
and sell out in a minute, haha
