Ughh!! I got my stuff I'm never ordering from Macy's again online they just threw my stuff in a box not wrapped securely at all and my stuff came smashed looks like it was in a war zone... I'm so irritated right now with Fed ex and Macy's I'm going to call them to give them a piece of my mind . Luckily no damage to my lipsticks just a little sweaty

Oh man, that sucks! I'm sorry you got your stuff and it was all jacked up, Brows. You'd think since they charge 10 bucks for standard freaking shipping they'd package stuff properly!Ughh!! macys packaging is one of the worst despite the whoopping shipping charges! fedex is another! i just really hate their delivery services! The one who delivers here makes a call from his van and we have to go down & pick it from him. go figure!!Ughh!! Yup! They're the worst that's why I hate ordering from them but I guess you have to take the gamble when stuff is sold out and pray it doesn't come damaged

Such a shame, you'd think a big name like Macy's could do better than that but I guess not.I should of known better I just ordered from them cause I had a gift card and Nordies didn't have LK left anymore . I got free shipping cause I spent more than $50 but still you think they will take a little more pride in packaging the stuff.

I don't think it's too much to ask, especially when you have to pay for the service. Even if it's free though, you'd think the company would want stuff packaged well to minimize returns and keep customer complaints down.I'm probably just being a whiny Biatch!! My last Macy's order was a mess too. I ordered three items. One was cancelled, one lippy box looked mangled. Then after about two weeks I got my other item which was not exactly right. I ordered the FOF Petal Power and got it in the new packaging. Not happy with Macy's at all.Ughh!!
