Sweet Star looks really interesting. Chanel hasn't had a unique color in quite a while. Usually they were at the forefront of new polish colors. I know you can find a lot of duochrome polish these days. This one looks promising. I'd like to see a swatch of the Cocorange pencil too.

They are the same polishes I saw as part of a set. It was on Net-a-Porter's Instagram - they just posted a picture of the set (which had base and top coat and a few other things in it) and didn't say anything about it. Like, where you could buy it. And they never answered when people asked where they could find it. I had forgotten about them til I just saw them on ebay. I would love them, but not for that price.

It seems that chanel is re realeasing a trio of old 80ies shades, which will be available only at chanel make up studio boutiques in November!

So, I just called the boutique nearest me (Chicago) to ask about these. First, the guy is on lunch, and apparently no one else can help me, so I have to call back. When I call back, the guy is rude. Like really rude. He says he knows nothing about them and he kept saying to "proceed with caution and be leery". I'm like WTF??? Then I ask if he knows when they will have Sweet Star. He puts me on hold again. Or should I say he just disconnects me. Really? We all buy all your stuff Chanel, and you can't hire nicer people??? Everyone I've worked with online has always been really nice. The guy was acting like I didn't know what I was talking about just because I knew more stuff than did - which is a side effect of coming on specktra a lot - you know more than the people working for te companies. If you here anything else about these, will you please let me know??? I really do not want to pay $55+ each for them. Sigh.

It does and I can't recall any other Chanel duochromes. This needs to be on my NP rack!!!

Pastels all the way next year! The eye palette reminds me of the monos Dior issued last summer with the new mascara .. And looks like a lighter versione of Chanel Fall monos ... Anyway, it's thumb up for me (waiting to see the enamels)
