If you think about it, it is a bit ridiculous that the lipsticks aren't permanent but the liners are.

Nope no primer or balm below. If these were the retro mattes, I definitely would have to put prep plus prime lip below. But these mattes are very smooth to apply.

yup.... really weird! they should just make everything perm. :X especially the lipsticks.... people WOULD buy the lipsticks again n again.
