Ladies who have done overnight shipping - how long does it usually take to get the shipping email? I'm so anxious about something getting screwed up

I usually get mine around 8 pm central time

There is one "mini" out-station of a Mac store, but it's a part of a department store.  I called them earlier today and they said they didn't plan to get the collection in...  

Try calling Mac to place a phone order. Online and phone have separate inventories. You may not be able to get FnF but you should be able to get the others

If you dont mind ordering over the phone, I would say give a call. Depending on their inventory you maybe able to get the other products too. It is not applicable to fnf only. Give a try!
