I'm fairly new to Chanel, and unfortunately the only store within a 100 mile radius that carries it is Dillards, and they don't have it. My sister lives by a neiman marcus (she lives about 7 hours from me. ugh.) Is it worth it to give them a call and see if they ship and/or if they can hold it for my sister to pick up? I just discovered sweet star and I absolutely neeeeeeeed it!

Just call the main store number, usually a person picks up and you can ask them for the Chanel beauty counter and they will transfer you there. I hope you can get you hands on it!

Yeah I've found that a lot of counters don't have information until they actually receive the products which is unfortunate. Hopefully soon you'll find one that has it.

Yes, its very interesting. I had one lady be quite short and rude with me, but the others were very nice. I feel silly cold calling NMs, but it's totally worth it!

I'm glad you found one! I went and picked up my bottle today too. I don't really trust putting things on hold. Don't feel silly, I've cold called many NM's, Nordstroms, Saks, Bergdorf's and all looking for items. It's embarrassing at first and some SA's can be rude but most are very nice and I think it happens a lot so they're pretty used to it.Woohoo!
