I used Marine Ultra on my lips before putting on Pure Heroine, i found that the pencil made it a lot brighter and a wicked two toned look

I do like PH, but i just cannot wear it with Nightmoth or Vino. A blue liner will bring out the purpleness. That reminds me... DG lipstick with HDC pencil, give that a shot and let me know how it comes out
