I love Christmas shopping. So far, I have only bought the wrapping paper

Its all about the presentation for me. I have to have a theme. A couple years ago it was Mistletoe & red jingle bells. I got a pattern from Martha Stewart & cut these mistletoe out of green felt & tied red jingle bells to the center of them.

The kids love it. Everyone looks forward to what the theme will be. This year is Snowflakes & Deer

Thanks. I was determined to make NV work because it just looked so pretty and it's a matte. I love matte lipsticks.

Your themes sound so festive. I do themes too. Thos year is snowflakes and snowmen/ladies....last year was plaid and poinsettias. I bought some very pretty wrapping paper already. I need to decorate for Halloween

I use Currant and I smooth it out after I line the lips so it blends in better.I use it to help define the edges. I don't want it to look obvious so I make sure to smooth it out with a lip brush.

My sister tried to pressed me to buy PM but I ended up not getting it. Even with a lip liner I don't think it does anything for my skin tone. It looks like clay foundation on my mouth. But it looks so good on plenty of others.

Poinsettias are such a beautiful flower. As I've grown older, Christmas doesn't have the same feeling. But I just enjoy the cold weather and being with my family. It is hard to explain :sigh:

Right! But how about I was mad because the only one I wanted to be made perm was FOD smh... Glad I bought two!

I said before I was determined to make it work lol. It is definately lighter in color than the pictures so I'd highly recommend going to MAC with a dark pink lip liner and trying it on. But I really think anyone can wear it. NV is such a pretty pink. I also wanted FOD but skipped it for Relentlessly Red because the MAC girl told me FOD and the other shades were going to be permanent. Of course FOD was NOT! I was so mad at first but I think LL is just as good if not better. It wowed me more than FOD did and feels better on the lips. I put on LL and I was blown away. I feel like I SLAY in LL. Can't tell me nothin when I have on a dark lip lol

NV is so dry.=/

Yeah I have to reapply after three hours but to me it is sooo worth it.I use Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour cream under it as well as a l/l before applying it and that helps.

FR is beautiful. I'm kind of wondering if I made a mistake by not getting NV. Some of the swatches make it look a but deeper than I thought it would be, and I think I might have liked it.

Is your MAC sold out so you can't swatch?
