Your skin is so beautiful
Try the 239, 242, the sponge eyeshadow applicator, or your finger. Use over a good base.I was originally gonna skip the pressed pigments, as I do so every year (just not something I wear) but I did pick up Noblesse Oblige this year and I have to ask you guys what kind of brush do you apply it with? I know people like using their fingers but the tester at my MAC store for one of these babies have been crusted over with a soft layer. The glittery grits were gone and smoothed over and it was just not swatching very good at all. I kinda want to keep that from happening to mine. Any tips? Greatly appreciated. TIA.
PS I searched the August 2013 pressed pigment collection thread as well as the December 2012 one and advance search didn't show anything relating to this question
I quite like silicon applicators. Foam applicators are OK too. I didn't have much luck with brushes unfortunatelyI was originally gonna skip the pressed pigments, as I do so every year (just not something I wear) but I did pick up Noblesse Oblige this year and I have to ask you guys what kind of brush do you apply it with? i've seen a lot of people ordering brave....i might just have to try it!My haul arrived![]()
I love NFP and SoR, but I must say I am unsure if I like the new formula/s.
I've seen alot of posts here mentioning that the textures/formulas are not the same, and wow that is no understatement.
NFP and SR felt nothing like the lippies from The Matte.
I ordered Brave lipstick which is new stock, batch code A84, and it does not feel like my other satins at all and smells totally different. Satins have a unique clay like, almost play-doh smell IMO and this feels totally different on my lips- thinner texture, smoother and more moisturising,
I hope I like the new formulas if all the lippies will change, I'm so used to the traditional formula and this feels very weird.![]()
Brave is one of my new favs since I bought it a few months ago!i've seen a lot of people ordering brave....i might just have to try it!![]()
Brave has been in my Nordies cart (along with Velvet Teddy and a few lip liners) for a week or so. Maybe I should pull the trigger while they have 9% cash back.Brave is one of my new favs since I bought it a few months ago!
I think that sounds like a good idea while the cash back is at a good rate!Brave has been in my Nordies cart (along with Velvet Teddy and a few lip liners) for a week or so. Maybe I should pull the trigger while they have 9% cash back.
Thank you! I used fingers today and yesterday to apply Noblesse Oblige.....but I actually have both brushes (two of 239) and I'm not using my 242 for anything so I'm going to try the 242 brush. Thank you so much!Try the 239, 242, the sponge eyeshadow applicator, or your finger. Use over a good base.
