Isn't it though!!!! I'm wearing it today w/ Dior Rouge Dior, Pied De Poule 977 (Burgundy), another lipstick that I purchased months ago and hadn't yet worn.

I had to add it to my scary long list of things to buy. Oh the struggle!

The struggle is real---I usually lose---as you saw tonight when I purchased the Rouge Parade lip gloss to go with my Rouge Parade lipstick.

I tried to find a thread for this without a success so I'll ask here - is anyone using Chanel fragrances body items? I mean shower gels and lotions and body powders. I am interested in Chance, chance fresh and chance tendre and how good are they? DO they smell exactly the same as fragrance? sometimes they are not able to reproduce the scent in the body products and they smell odd. Also how moisturizing are they?
I have the old shimmering body lotion of chance eau fresh. It is scented just like the fragrance, which I also owned too. The shimmers are multi coloured and very fine, but I don't feel the lotion is moisturising. It sits on my skin. Chanel now has a body cream, body lotion and a separate shimmer gel so I think the gel is not for moisturising. I agree that the body products can smell different, usually less complex. I don't think they can smell exactly the same as the fragrance because of added ingredients. I've smelled the body creams for all 3 briefly and I get the impression of the fragrance overall. But then I didn't put the cream on my skin. I have samples of No. 5 body lotion though, and the smell is certainly less complex than the fragrance, the lotion being sweeter but doesn't smell odd or unpleasant. As for moisturising power, so far the best scented body creams I've tried is Jo Malone. They absorb and melt into my skin, not leaving any tackiness which I dislike. Do let us know if you get any of the body items. The shimmer powder of eau tendre feels so luxurious.

Thank you Miss qq

I know that chance fraiche body cream is stunning but pricey at 90$ for a jar - ridiculous

Yes, very pricey. But it smells divine. I love the fraiche scent too. However, I've noticed that some people around me sneeze when I just put the fragrance, or even only the lotion, on. lol
