Just picked up the Baby Glow in 02 and the Pressed Meteorites in 02 at The Bay.
The Baby Glow sheers out nicely after you apply it. It has a strong scent, but I like it (violets). The Pressed Meteorites are almost invisible on my NC15-ish skin, which I am OK with.

Aside from it being a favourable response and even if it's a format the "I thank you for sending it" and "I have the pleasure of informing you" and "thank you... for the interest in our brand" parts were nice little touches especially when some CS (Sephora, Chanel) don't even respond sometimes or make you feel like you're communicating with a brick wall. By comparison, Tom Ford CS replied to a recent enquiry (asking if there were tentative plans for a full-sized Guillermo, Naomi lol) with a sparse email giving me a number to call. I just prefer email
Will you be trying emailing them again, Ella, to see if they respond? These companies can be so... random.

I didn't feel like calling at the moment because yesterday I was trying to call another company and each of the six times I called I got busy signals when I was transferred. I can take $2./min but not that busy signal sound :/ Also, I talk enough on the phone for work, sometimes the last thing I want to hear is the sound of another voice lolVery nice touches indeed and poo on TF for making people call a number.

How annoying TF gave you a number to call. I bet they're hesitant to answer that question and are hoping you won't bother to follow-up! Not good CS.
I'm not going to follow-up with another email to Guerlain at this point. I had inquired about what shade of the meteorites compact to choose based on one's skin tone, and since they didn't reply I just had to blindly choose. So, too late now.
