MAC MAC Is Beauty Collection (March 30 / April 2, 2015)

Ahhhh, when's the wedding?! Exciting! Yeah it could be a bit of both. RW is matte, those barely ever come off on their own much less if there's a primer! Lmaooo! Seriously, of all the swatches I did today, Silly is still faint on my hand. Everything else long gone.

I'm getting married in Ft Lauderdale next April. I'm hoping to fly down there within the next couple months so I can figure out my hairdresser, DJ, bakery, catering and ceremony location, but I already have my reception area picked out. Rooftop terrace right on the beach and it's only a couple blocks from Los Olas Blvd! I'm glad I'm finally getting into matte lipsticks again. I wasn't able to wear them for a long time because my lips were so dry, but I've been exfoliating every morning and I use Bite 5 night fix at night. It works wonders! Now I'm really glad I got Silly because it's time to stock up on some bright matte colors! I should have my order by Friday.

it's not just a glittery version of blacktrack it is much softer black , not so dark. kind of muted black. also glitter is barely visible when applied i like it and ran out of my how much I used it because it's perfect for day look when  you do not want harsh black eyeliner

I like my harsh black. Haha. And for the days I don't want harsh black I usually just spray an angled liner brush with fix+ and use an eyeshadow. Looks like I'm sticking with Blacktrack. Thanks!

Haha! I'm guilty of that as well. I was doing so good when I took a break from Specktra and then I relapsed. I feel like a junky hitting the refresh button on launch days.

The 221 is a narrower version of the 217, great fir people with smaller creases, when the 217 is too big. It's a shorter version of the 222. 100s are for face, 200s are for eyes, and 300s are for lips, although bruses are multipurpose.

I didn't even think of using it as an all over powder! I think because you are using it to get rid of the shine, the sebum blends with the powder so it's not as powdery.

Since it's a beauty powder I thought of that but just not sure how it would look on my skin tone. Maybe it can also be used as how one uses banana powder or mattifying powder? I'll experiment in store. It's very matte on me. Are you in Quebec?

I went to MAC and the girl let me swatch stuff. Pearl Blossom is EVERYTHING on me as a highlight. Alpha Girl is a big no. The lustres are surprisingly showing up so nicely.

L-R- Silly, MMG, Reel Sexy, Highlights, Pure Vanity, Real Doll. You can peep Pearl Blossom top right near my knuckle, AG is to the left totally saying nothing on me. Lol Oh and she said Silly is a cross between CYY and Pink Pigeon.

Omg I'm so in trouble. I WILL be at Macy's after my zumba class this morning. I have 3 fluid lines in my Mac cart, but I'm looking forward to playing with this line I'll be all sweaty. They can get over it lol

I recently bought the 116 and LOVE it. I've also heard good things about the 129.

Just got home from my MAC counter. I went as soon as they opened and no one was there. Mainly went to check out Bouffant (didn't like!), Catty (cute!), Notice Me (got the LAST one!), and Real Doll (just ok). Decided to pick up Catty and Notice Me. May check out Real Doll again at a later time. Wish I would have tried on Real Redhead. That was originally on my list but decided to take it off. Real Vanity didn't really show up on me. Nothing else caught my eye. Can't believe I got the last Notice Me. My counter must have only gotten two (one for display and one to sell). No brushes (except the weird liner brush). Bouffant wasn't calling to me. My online purchases should be coming later today! Scheduled to arrive by the end of the day.

Interested to see how these compare to the Fantasy of Flowers lipsticks. I will have to compare them later. Off to bed for me! I've been awake for 16+ hours!! Worked 12 hrs night shift last night and again the night before. Time to catch up on some zzzz's!! Can't wait to see other peoples hauls when I wake up in a few hours!
