Oh, I didn't even get the baby jail until she was 3 months old, that's when she started rolling from one side of the room to the other. Haha. It wasn't until she was 7 months old that she started trying to climb out and she would knock the whole thing over. I was afraid she was going to hurt herself so I took it out. Cope? She's going to be 3 in June and I'm still not coping. Haha. She's still finding new ways to drive me crazy and I'm struggling to find new ways to keep her and my belongings safe. How old is yours? She is very cute, it's hard to get mad at those sweet little faces! They remind me of the sour patch kids commercials where they do something really bad and then do something really sweet. And they learn really quick how to act cute to get you to not be mad. Haha. My daughter has been using my lipgloss for over a year now. She always says, "Mommy, I want my wips." It's so cute. I gave her a few of my Stila lip glazes, but that's expensive so I bought her some Hello Kitty glosses and those keep her happy now.
I'm getting a new one from a Nordstrom store and will return the broken one.

True, then because the the other 3 were in the lobby I just figured the rental office was closed on Friday without really checking, lol. Or it could be that the rental guy was not in there when the other guys came. Who knows. Just glad it wasn't MAC or something, I'd be losing it.

I had one of those jails for my son, Little Miss wasn't having it. Then we were tired of our apt looking like a kiddie zone. My daughter (nearly 2 1/2 yrs old) makes me cry daily out of exasperation. And I'm not kidding. But then I love her to death. HAHAHAHA! She uses the makeup brush I gave her to do her eyebrows (it's a concealer brush), then runs around saying "LOOK AT MY EYEBROWWWSSS! LOOK AT MY EYEBROWSSS!" Her Dr Pepper Lip Smackers is her "lipsiss", I nearly ran the stroller over it (without the cover, surprise!) on our way to daycare this morning and she's like, "Put it in my bookbag". Yeah, I'll get right on that chick, I just put it back on my night stand. She really cracks me up.
I hope you like it. I wore mine yesterday with Tangerine Dream on top in the center of my lips and I got a lot of compliments. I forgot how much I loved Mangrove. I'm definitely going to be wearing more of it this summer.
That's exactly how I feel about her being a Sour Patch Kid! I also tell her to eat her Snickers when she's grouchy. It's really hard getting mad at them and I find it difficult not to laugh at some of the things she does. She's almost 18 months now. It's been a long journey, but I hope my husband can immigrate here soon to take custody of her before I die. It's very difficult raising her alone with my medical condition. Children are beautiful and I'm thankful you ladies have shared your mommy stories : ) It's a whole different world.
