Ok, I have the silliest question ever: How do exchanges work in-store? I've only ever returned items, so I'm not sure how the whole thing goes down. Do they do a return and then re-purchase? Do they grab the new item I want? Do I grab the correct item and bring it up with the bad item? How do they know I didn't just bring up two items from the store? Someone hold me, I'm scared.
Do you have a receipt or a BI account? I've always brought up the bad item and good item to the counter and just said i'd like to exchange. If you have a receipt, present it. Or if you don't just say you don't and they can look up your purchase on the system if you got it online signed into your BI/VIB/VIBR account.
Thanks, ladies! I'm VIBR and have the receipt, so hopefully they wouldn't give me a hard time regardless.

I ordered Bittersweet, Quiver and Quickie.  They all are colors that I don't have in my stash so I'm excited about getting them.  I know the feeling . . . I work in Philadelphia so there's a big store up here and then I live near three other stores.  It's so horrible.  If you go, it will probably brighten up your day . . . makeup always does that for me.  :haha:
Yes there's soo many sephoras here hahah

Obviously you don't return things normally so they won't give you the side eye. Haha
I don't do returns too much, but the thing is I am so well recognized in my local store that one or two SA's will react...funny when they see me return or exchange and I just stand and wait for them to do their job because all my ish is in order. Plus, whipping out that rouge card is like you can act like I'm hurting you in some way but this rouge card tells you I buy more than I return so eat it.

I cringe when I have to go into the store at almost every location located "near" me. Every store is pretty far away and they usually have the same SAs. I also can't stand the exchange without receipt limit. I don't keep my receipts and they weren't accepting the online receipts in my account. They would ask me for the actual online order invoice that came in the box.

Has anyone tried and either loved or hated the Nudestix cleanup pencil? It sounded intriguing so i am just curious to see if it's worth keeping or not.

The GlamGlow PowerCleanse Daily Dual Cleanser is now available as a VIB exclusive. I think I'm going to get they one but I keep going back and forth on ThirstyCleanse and YouthCleanse. Anyone use either of those?
I really like the way my skin looks and feels after I use Thirsty Cleanse.

I got my two Sephora boxes. :flower: The Bite lipstick: Very, very pretty and very different from Nars Dominique. This is more lavender and it's lighter. Also, Dominique has like a satiny almost matte finish whereas the Bite lipstick is glossy. At first when putting it on my lips I thought it would make me look dead, but after I was done I loved it. It's the kind of color I always want, but never works for me because of the formula. It's a keeper, thankfully. The MUFE glosses: Another keeper. First, no scent on these. Second, they are tacky but not Mac lipglass tacky. I think we all know that a long wearing gloss has to be a bit tacky so I can forgive that even though becoming a lipstick lady, it's a bit jarring to go back to gloss after so long. Third, they aren't sheer, but they are not totally opaque. It's a medium, buildable coverage. I got 501-purple and 304- an orange/coral. Both pretty. The purple does not go on quite as dark as it is in the tube, but it's still really nice and close enough. My disappointment is surprising: The Smith's rose and mandarin lip balm. I thought I'd love it as much as the strawberry, but the scent is..not good. It's orange initially, which is good but then this rose scent kicks in and together it smells like you're trying to cover something foul with some air freshener. It's too bad because I love the scent of roses. Well, I'll keep it b/c it's so cheap. I'll probably give it to someone.

So Sephora tells me that the Smith's balm can be used on the body. So, I'm going to keep the mandarin balm and use it on those rough bumpy bits on my body. Here is Dominique on top compared to the Bite lipstick. Off to the side are the MUFE glosses:

Also :)lol:), I really like my Sephora brush book and the one MUFE artist shadow I got. In both boxes I got giant fragrance card b/c they are doing triple points for fragrance purchases April 24 to May 10. So if you have a fragrance in mind, buy up! I might get another Stella gift set b/c I am LOVING it. I'm just sitting in the house spraying myself. ETA: Bite lipsticks are still overpriced. I don't give a damn what they're made of. They should be no more than $25.
