Nude dip is one of my biggest fails ever.  I only have that and two TF blushes which I adore. I am only looking at two brushes - for bronzer and blush. Maybe coco mirage quad?   But nothing else really excites me from tf :sigh:  it's better for my wallet
Hun did you get anything from this summer coll ? X

I'm obsessed.
i agree My fave summer collection ever
I agree. This is the best, cohesive and well edited collection I've seen in a long time. I love your photo. I've been eyeing that cream blush as well...
Yes I may end up with everything For some odd reason I'm having trouble adding the shadow to my cart I may get them later I have a feeling I'm going to buyallthethings Tom ford collection stick around for awhile Thank god
Which blushes do you have? I'm looking at Flush and Wicked.
I want wicked
I swatched it 2 weeks ago and again yesterday and I really loved it. I wouldn't say it's frosty, I think one could make really beautiful shimmery/shiny eye looks with it. The only reason I haven't bought it yet is because it's sold out on the website where I can use my student discount.
i going to get nude dip Have too Lol
You should definitely pull out last year's palette. Blues look amazing on you!
awwwwwww thanks so much mango I'm blushing
Wow they are close Glammy----thanks for the swatches.  They're beautiful!!!
u are welcome When I was trying it on I was like this color reminds me of something lol
It seems to be one of those quads that you either really love or really hate.  I think skin tone and personal color preference may also play a big factor with this one.
I agree some people love it Some people hate it I hope I loveeeee it
I do not mind frosty I love shimmer but palette looks good only when combined with some other colors - preferably darker and more matte. On it's own it's meh... unless you like to swipe one color all over the lid for a natural look. Is it pretty? Yes. Is it worth the price? No. It should have one darker color that's more matte. When you use all the colors in the palette they just over blend one into another. This is a look I did using Nude dip.  Well said. I agree completely.  I have Frantic pink and Love lust and they are phenomenal for lighter skin. worth the price tag, beautiful texture.
nude dip looks stunningggg on u

Chanel is in the middle, super heavy swipe. The left is TF without the glitter shadow, on the right is with the powder shadow. The Chanel is more rose, then peach.

That sucks, about how many times have you used it?
I wore mine for a day and reapplied a few times throughout the day. I'm also wearing it today (the TF has disappeared). I'm wearing it on top of my MJ poutliner in primrose just to see if it will prolong the wear.

I'm wearing the the whole palette now and I really LOVE it. It's really a great product and something I can use everyday and be completely happy with the look. I also sooo love how big the pans are... no problems with my blush brush getting into the eyeshadows. I love how the shadows didn't have any fallout, even the glittery shade! I can't wait until you try yours! I think you will love it sooo much

. I've always loved makeup, but MAC really got me into following new collection releases and trying new products, but I'm at a point where their collections are getting boring and there is nothing new. I feel like MAC gets stuck in a makeup rut and just releases a ton of matte red lipsticks and then ton of nude lustres. There business model is shameful and they are hurting their loyal customers while they help ebayers make money. I thought this collection was going to turn into MAC part Deux, but things got restocked pretty quickly and even though somethings are back ordered for a few weeks, I don't think it's that bad. I just checked and see that there are people selling Pink Glow for $150 on ebay... I don't get who would buy it there... when it's available new, untouched and for retail!

I just realized I'm buying MAC's summer collection pretty much for the packaging. I really want all the lipsticks for the pretty tubes(I love collecting LE lipstick tubes), but I only actually want one lipstick(Morange, which is permanent).

That's just so, so awesome!! You should post a pic of your look!!! I really want to take my time and have fun with and construct a really nice look. This has been a busy week and we have a busy weekend coming up and I don't want to use my goodies in a rush. In a nod to Tom Ford though, I'm wearing Nude Dip today and I'll probably wear it tomorrow too. I'm wearing a bright lip and I'd like a soft neutral eye----Nude Dip does that for me so well.

I don't eve know the name of MAC's summer collection. I've often enjoyed MAC's LE collections for the packaging---no shame in that. You enjoy your purchase. Morange is such a pretty lippie!!!

I'm glad you're enjoying your TF goodies. I'll let you know when I finally use mine!!!

I know you weren't asking me... but his blushes are my absolute favorite pieces from the entire line! I have Wicked and Frantic Pink. FP is my ultimate blush. I love love loooove it. Wicked is pretty, but I need to use a lighter, fluffier brush to apply it or else I get the dreaded clown cheeks. His blushes also stay on forrrrrrrrever. So worth the price tag!
I'm really loving the new cream blush. My SA wanted me to get it and instead I ordered the palette (which I love) and then went back and forth and decided to order but when I phoned he was out of town-- so I was afraid they would sell out and ordered it from NM because they had a gift for purchase etc. Anyway now I love it and he's back and wants to ship it to me, which would make it a backup. I could get a backup, but then I was thinking maybe instead to get Frantic Pink because it's that wearable TF pink and I noticed that Sara of Colour Me Loud has it as a staple, and you like it too. I also suppose that a powder blush will have more shelf life than a cream.

I have to agree with Lauren. FP is stunning ! There's nothing wrong w/backups per se, but if you have a ton of
makeup, it's likely that you won't even get to it. If you're like me, you tend to use your new goodies when you get
them, and then forget about the older loves. The backup cream blush might assume that roll, becoming the
forgotten old goodie.

You are horrible. LOL but yes, I have to get the palette, rose soleil, blush, peach and bronze duo, sweet spot, paradiso (maybe). I 'm even eyeing a third duo.

I was going to skip. BUt your husbands approval sealed the deal for me. Never once heard of a reaction like that....
girlhaha.gif
If you're getting three you might as well make it a quartet---I have it on good authority that they're a family and shouldn't be separated---just sayin'

Like I said I do not mind frosty nor I think frosty is something bad

This is my swatch. Beautiful colors but the three lighter ones are way to similar when used together on the eye. It looks like one big mess blended together.
Individually they are beautiful

Uh-oh, you are so right about those unloved backups, Meddy. FP it is then. The palette and cream blush are my first TF blushes and I am totally loving them so why not add another? I know it's silly but I feel bad that after my SA was the one to put the cream blush on me and urge me to get it that I bought it on-line while he was away. Getting FP is a better idea than a backup. Thank you for that confirmation! BTW: I ordered the TF liner in Deeper. it's pretty steep for a liner. But I tried the MUFE one and the YSL and I didn't like either of them. They dried out, could not draw a clean line, and the MUFE irritated my eyes. I usually do cream eyeliners or gel pencils or eyeshadow sticks like the By Terry's applied with an angled brush. So maybe it's just me and that pointy pen thing isn't a good match. Or is Deeper in some way exceptional? I don't want to open the package and then find I hate it too and not be able to return it to NM.
