I've spend way more money on Mac and they've hardly given me anything back. If I happen to get lucky with Sephora great, if not it's nothing to "riot" about.

It's the vagueness "sometime during business hours", they expect people to be chained to their computers. Then they'll launch it when those of us in the East Coast are commuting home from work!

I remember with MAC RiRi Fall, I gave up and went to JCP after waiting forever then it launched while I was there and I had to place my order on my cell phone in shady reception!

hah if they had their act together they wouldn't be in this situation.
YUP! Part of the job!
Well, it's the yahoos higher up that create the disasters and then the CS reps just have to deal with the wrath. Customer Service is a thankless position. I worked Verizon Wireless CS for a summer job in college and it was a nightmare. We didn't have the software we needed or the resources, so I feel their pain!

On a completely unrelated note, my toddler just woke up crying, saying that she is scared because her blanket is too comfy. I'm seriously questioning my decision to stay up and stalk Sephora binge watch Power.

That is too cute! I've never had that problem. If I did, I would still be asleep right now! LOL

My younger sisters added the Starz package this weekend so they could binge watch Power. As of last night...mission accomplished. They are now hooked.

You're totally right, but yeah, still part of their job unfortunately. Actually any job where you're not an executive, you get shitted on and have to take the wrap for a lot of crap that the higher ups caused!

Tell me about it. I worked for a UK cable network's CSA line during my second year in university and it was madness. They had a system crash that lost a whole set of customer details and people were calling in to claim something from an offer. Since the system crashed, they had never been sent the offer but we couldn't tell them about the system crash!!! So we had to take their details again by acting as though we were confirming that the address and what not we had on file were accurate and then tell them that we would chase and have it investigated and sent out. What a freaking nightmare!! I've never been shouted at, cussed at etc. so much lol. It did teach me to respect good CS though and not to direct my anger at the CSA when it's not their fault.

Just an FYI - for people refreshing.. make sure to periodically log out and in of the site.. (if your account/computer logs you out of the Sephora site after so much time).. it will cut down on one step - when (if) this goes live.

I feel like whenever you get to payment you have to log in again anyway?

I just got the daily VIBR email and no mention of the Epic Rewards! The webpage and T&C's still say August 10th though.
