I checked earlier about the retailer options. Looks like the collection is MAC exclusive (MAC online & MAC stores) as far as anyone could tell!!

I believe the glosses are le. Not sure about the liners though. I have asked MAC cs several times about the pencils and have gotten different answers depending on the rep. I think a lot of people on here have been told the liners are perm.
