I am not familiar with Dark Out. I would also suggest Nightmoth, Cyber, or Blackmail from Urban Decay.

No I havent, I think I've only ever bought one thing by them and it was a lipstick that I tossed because I found the smell to be putrid. I might look for one of these to try out though.

After several hours of wear, I have to report that Peer Pressure has a decent wear time and feels great,but even over Vino it still suffers a bit of bleeding. :sigh:
