Any recs of what would make greens pop? I know satin taupe does the trick, what else???

Do you all line the top lash line only or do you line under as well? If you do the lower lashline, do you use shadow or pencil or ??? Do you line the lashline or the waterline ???

I use MAC Dipdown Fluidline or Bobbi Brown Expresso Gel Liner ... sometimes I feel it's too 'harsh' so what do you suggest?
