So we recently moved to Okinawa. It's essentially a sauna. Iused a primer put fluidline on and topped it with carbon e/s and it still melted off my face. My foundation seems to stick around for as long as I can expect it to but I don't want to give up eyeliner. Any recommendations?

So are there rules as far as the most considerate way to swatch testers? I'm just getting into higher end makeup and don't want to look like an idiot, or be inconsiderate.
