I think I read the same article! In all honesty, I haven't purchased anything by EL until the VB collection, but that collection was incredible. Did your Modern Mercury come? Do you love it? I ended up caving on Saffron sun and I'm very happy I did. It's gorgeous!:icon_cheers:
The sad thing about it is that the products are actually good. I have a handful of items from the Estee Edit. There is a lot of cross over from the regular Estee Lauder line and the Estee Edit. For example the Gritty and Glow palette has a few colors in it that could easily dupe some of the single shadows from the Victoria Beckham launch. Let me suggest a couple products to snag while they are on sale.

1. The Fluid Metal Eyeshadow: This product is a metallic cream shadows that dries down and STILL maintains a wet shiny look. I have it in So Extra an emerald color. I will be grabbing Don't Be Afraid next.

2. Metallishadow + Creme: Basically if you love the Dose of Colors Eyedeal Duo you will love this product. It's the same thing, and right now its $17 at Sephora as compared to $25 at Dose.

3. The Gritty and Glow Palette: Grab this while you can I promise you won't regret it.

I second this! I love my G&G Palette...I use the highlighter (Glow) side as eye shadows all the time!

Yes, my Modern Mercury arrived before I got home from my conference so it felt like a welcome home gift, haha. I haven't worked up the nerve to put it on my face yet but I have certainly ogled it several times. This weekend I'll break the seal, promise!
Saffron Sun is very tempting but I'm afraid my sister and I went to the Charlotte Tilbury counter last Friday for a free makeup application and both walked away with the Beauty Glow palette so I think Saffron Sun is not in my future. :D I'm glad to hear you are loving it! Purchase justified.

Got mine today. It's refreshing to try something unique and beautiful :D
I put the YSL promo of the No. 70
lipstick over it to make it more neutral
for everyday.

Givenchy coral gypsophila and the CT glow palette. The photo doesn't capture the brightness but I find that this lipstick is very wearable  20170526_182044.jpg

Oh, you got the coral. I was thinking you got the red one. I tried to get the coral one but couldn't.

Yes the coral. It's pretty much an orange on me, but that's fine with me, as I love oranges!

Very pretty on you!!! I found it wearable as well. The coral shows up better on you, it's more orange on me.

Thank you! Sometimes it's more orange on me too, but I love it. It's a fabulous lipstick!
