01 16 2008 - Evoke the pink demon

I bought a big, cheap eyeshadow palette for experimenting with colors & techniques and my new brushes.....=)

I'm about to find out, which colors suit me and which not. (Green is a big big no-no for me °_° .... at least only green).

Today I tried pink and purple =)

So I'll spend the next days seeing what I can do with budget make-up stuff....^^

Eyes:

Random
-pink eyeshadow
-purple eyeshadow
-violet eyeshadow
-black kajal
-black mascara
-black liner

Lips:

-Vaseline
-eyeshadow violet
-eyeshadow pink

.....sorry for the mesy lips, the vaseline didn't wanted to stay in place....serves me right, will use real lipstick the next time

What is the difference between "purple" and "violet" eyeshadows?

Well for me - violet is darker than purple......but I if it's the same for you....just look at the pics and see "three shades of purple" or whatever you want.....since I sued drugstore make-up it doesn't make much difference what I call it...^^

ditto--that's really neat how you used that dark color right in the upper inner corner of your eyes and faded it out into ur skin. and i agree--a purple lipstick would have totally rocked this look!
