im pretty sure what u can use on your eyes is safe for lips and vice versa? Someone correct me if im wrong but ive used eyeliners and as lipliners and lipliners as eyeliners..

just think of all the worse things ppl put in their mouths like ciggies, drugs and alcohol LOL make up cant be that bad right??
