Heh, actually i just used a chapstick to make my lips a bit sticky then i just used my fingers to rub the eyeshadows on

Very neat! It's so metallic looking...something you'd see in a high-end photo shoot. And yeah, you can use e/s on your lips if it's certain pigments/mineral makeups but you just have to be careful
