So I was just playing around with my new makeup and a combination that I've been wanting to try out. I also tried using Dipdown fluidline from Ruby_Woo's tutorial...it took me awhile to get it to work because I had too much product on my brush. So I figured out something that made it work. I had dip my brush into the fluidline and I would wipe it across a palette (blank cd) so I would wipe off the excess and if I needed more I could dip it onto my palette again.
