a bad MAC day turned good

i ordered some MAC from the Strange Hybrid and Lipshine collections. they screwed up half my order. i only received half of what i ordered and the other half was a bunch of items i didnt order. i called MAC and she let me keep the extra items i did not order, PLUS she is sending me the items i did not get (no extra charge!!!). so i got 3 FREE items for their screw up!!!
