Thanks for the suggestion! Do you recommend just a regular eye primer or an actual makeup base?

An actual primer like: Urban Decay Primer Potion, L'Oreal Decrease or Two Face Shadow Insurance is great for ensuring long lasting, non creasing colour - however a paint pot, or shadestick (or NYX jumbo crayon) will make your colours more vibrant!
