a "wad of eye shadow"

so this cracked me up.....poor boys and how they don't always understand make-up. not all boys, i know. but mine, well.....sometimes he gets confused. and it is adorable.

so we're driving along and have the following conversation:
me: "Hey! I can't wait to show you the new eye shadow quad I got in the mail today! It's an asia exclusive! it's so pretty! it's called flowering!"
him: "You bought a wad of eye shadow????"
me: "What?? no, a QUAD"
him: "Oh, I couldn't tell. they do things different in other countries"
me: "How on earth would an eye shadow wad even work?? silly rabbit!"
him: "Well, remember that LUSH store you took me to? They had like, wads of things. you could just shovel out some eye shadow like that, I guess....."

At this point I'm laughing so hard that my belly aches!

sounds like me trying to explain my fustration that the Y and KEi stuff sold out before I could get it (I did call and get the lookbook lol) He was just like "im sure they will put out more, they are a corp, they want to make money you know" Im just like umm no its an ASIA exclusive and we were lucky to even have it for a lil bit he is still confused lol
