Yes, MAC is indeed part of the Estée Lauder group.

There should be contact details on the MAC website.

On the MAC UK website there is a link at the bottom of the page, in light grey, for 'customer service' and you can email MAC from a link on the next page. Presumably it is the same on other countries' sites.
