about violet pigment

does anyone know if violet pigment comes full up to the jar like most of them or is it a little bit empty? cuz i just bought one and the MA said it was RETURNED, knowing it was the last one i just got it neways.

Some pigments do appear more packed down because the pigment particles are smaller. Violet may be one of them.

I thought MAC isn't supposed to or isn't allowed to re-sell returned products?

i also thought they couldn't resell returned products, BUT my violet pigment was pretty full and i gave it a shake and it was completely full.

I'd return it. If their policy is that they don't sell returned makeup then they definetly shouldn't have sold it to you. I'd speak to the manager or another artist and ask them that policy. If you feel comfortable keeping it, then thats another thing. I mean its not like a returned mascara.

When i go to MAC I expect everything to be untouched.
