Anbody ever tried mark. cosmetics?

My friend recently became an Avon rep and she's been really pushing the Mark line onto me since I spend so much on MAC. I was kinda hesitant because they didn't really have anything that caught my eye, except for the kabuki brush.
She ended up buying a whole bunch of eyeshadows/lip stuff/pigments/etc for me... when the order comes in I'll be sure to post my review of the stuff too. (and she got me the kabuki brush so I'm super excited about that for sure!)

I absolutely love mark's eyeshadow brush!! I use it way more than my higher end brushes!! And my HG of summer fragrance is the orginal Instant Vacation (in the sea green bottle)! I always get so many complements on it!
And the liquid eyeshadow hook-up make great bases! I used to use the white one as my base before I discovered UDPP.
Also, their quads are pretty good! I have an older pastels one which is great for altering shadows and the Bohista quad is perfect for fall. And, the quad go on sale pretty quick, so $6 for four large shadows is not bad!!

i love mark cosmetics! they are pretty good for the price. i love the blush creams which i just recently tried and i love their lipglosses! the hookups are cool cuz you get to carry 2 colors in your purse
i think you should try this line. its inexpensive but still good quality. i have only tried the glosses and the blush creams and the after glo powder blush. their after glo blush is a good dupe for NARS orgasm blush =)

The Speedway concealer/foundation combo is pretty good although I think they may have d/c'd my color. I know they changed the names on them so maybe I just need to buy them again and swatch. I too, have the Bohista quad and I like it a lot.

I've been a mark rep for about a year and a half and these are my favorite products...
- eyeshadow in Mink
- foundation brush
- glow baby glow lipgloss in hot
- MAKE IT BIG MASCARA (amazing stuff!!!!!!!!)
- lemon sugar products
- the purses (I have 2 that are really great bags. one of them is available now, the frame of mind tote in pewter)
- the got the blues top (wearing it today, lol. it's still available)
- see things clearly moisturizer
Avoid...
- blending brush
- eyeshadow brush
- kiss dry goodbye lip smoother (it's sugary vaseline)
There are a ton of new awesome makeup items coming out this summer. Baked e/s trios, matte i-mark shadows, and new shades of lip stuff too.
edited to add: By the way the kiss ink lip stains are COMING BACK either late this year or early next year. They are being restaged. Not sure about anything else, but maybe more info w/ our next conference call.

This is a really late response and I apologize but speedway is not discontinued. Sometimes they just don't include things in the magalogs while they are being restaged or while they are introducing other new things. Sorry if that caused any chaos!
