this Scarlett Johansson's look ?

Any suggestions for the dark eyeshadow? (I think that's a dark green eyeshadow but ref.?)

For the lips I think dewy jube over #*@+& lipstick? lol

I can't tell how far the dark part extends but if you want a dark green that's really pretty try Shade fluidline. You could use that as a base and then use a little bit of Carbon or Black Tied over it to smudge it and make it a black/green. HTH!

To me that kind of looks like blue-brown (or green-brown) pigment or Club eyeshadow, maybe with a little steamy or humid underneath to make the color on the lid pop.

Humid is on my wish list since a few weeks lol

Greensmoke is too "kaki" on me and not so dark (or maybe greensmoke over a black shadow?

). Why not?

Steamy underneath a darker one is a great idea !!!

It looks like a mixture of 3 things.

It looks like - first a primer, then UD Mildew from lashline to crease, and in the middle of that MAC Green Brown pigment in the middle on top of the Mildew and then MAC Femme Noir Eyeshadow on the outer
3rd of the eye.
