Yeah, it does look a lot like Baker Street. You can maybe try Julep's polish in Taylor as well. It's not spot on, but it's awesome!

On the Nails Inc. website they mention that Baker Street is color that Beyonce has worn before. So I'm with everyone else in saying that's what it is.
