Any ideas for cute growing-out styles? *Pics inside*

So I want to grow out my asymmetric pixie-bob with lots of layers into a longer, almost shoulder length bob, with long layers and side bangs.

Any style ideas or other tips? I don't mind slightly quirky styles/something a bit out of the ordinary

It's now a little longer at the back than in the pictures, giving me a bit more freedom in choosing styles.

I've made this transition before.. and I think working toward an a-line shape for the growing-out process is helpful. If you want to funk that up, you could always keep some bangs!
