I'm a NYX rep, but honestly I haven't changed my address with them since I moved to Florida. I'd have to dig my rep stuff out of boxes to even find an email address.

Hey! I am essentially an inactive NYX rep; last year, they added some minimum order levels which make it hard to put through individual orders for anyone because in the orders that I processed before the change, only 1 order would have qualified for the minimum level.

I'm not likely to be able to help much as they've made some changes since I've went "inactive".
