anybody else hate presales?

I've been at the Lancome counter for 5 months now and although I like being behind the counter I have decided I absolutely HATE preselling over the phone. People are sick and tired of getting called every 5 top 6 weeks.
I feel like a telemarketer not a beauty advisor.
Just frustrated.

Yeah that's the thing with Lancome is that their ALWAYS having some sort of gift or event going on. I hate preselling too and I'm with Clinique. I see the pros and cons of it, it's good for customers to have their stuff all together and ready but then it's a pain trying to get payment then and there. Or people complaining on how they have to wait to get their stuff. I mean it sucks they can't take it then and there but they don't realize someone can lose their job if the product or gift was given out early because they can track it by the sku #.
