Anyone ever apply at Merle Norman?

I'm going to turn in my application Monday and if I get an interview I would love some suggestions(we don't have any MAC counters here

).Any takers?

I used their makeup for years. That's where I had my first makeover. Beautiful blushes,eye shadows and lippies...Great translucent powder. Respectable concealers and foundations...I still use the lipliner plus - a big lipies liner and color, looks like a crayon.

i interviewed at a merle norman last summer...
it was basically just like any other interview i've been on. they didn't ask me to do any makeup application or anything. the first one was just talking and answering questions with the owner. then i was asked to come in for a makeover, where they put on half your face and you do the other side, step by step. and that was basically it. i don't think it was as intense as a mac interview.
