I received a MAC lipstick that is broken. When I opened it I instantly noticed that the tip had actually stuck to the inside of the lid and when I tried to twist it back down I was unable to so I twisted it up to check it out and the lipstick had fallen out of the base. It did not break off but had actually been completely pulled out of the base. Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone been able to fix it? Thanks for any suggestions, everyone!
